Meetings forget. Maps remember.
Most retrospective tools begin with administration: accounts, workspaces, templates, settings, ceremony. Sailboat begins with an alias and an invitation link. The room should open before the honesty evaporates.
The canvas is intentionally metaphorical. Wind, anchor, sun, sea, and island make difficult signals easier to name without turning the conversation into a spreadsheet pretending to have feelings.
